We are very proud of the products we sell and ensure that they are of the highest quality. Creative Glass Gifts has a 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that if you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please let us know the reason for the return.
To organise a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details: your name, order number, product name/code, reason for return.
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Creative Glass Gifts in a saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.
Our returns policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Damaged, missing or defective goods
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2mb or less) of the damaged goods by email, with your name, order number and the product item within seven days of receipt of the item, to email@example.com We will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a claim.
