We collect your personal data in the following ways:
When you place an order through our website.
When you sign up to our newsletter in the subscription form on my website, I collect your first and last name and email address.
When you fill out a contact form we collect your name, and your email address.
If you don’t provide your PD:
It is your choice to provide your PD. If you do not wish to provide these details, we may not be able to provide you with our services. You can however access and use parts of our website without giving us your PD.
How your personal information is used
When you subscribe to our email list via the website, your name and email address is used to send you email newsletters and updates about our website via MailChimp, an automated email marketing service provider. Your name and email address are also automatically sent to us as a notification of your subscription to our email list. When we communicate with you, we will use the email address you provided when you subscribed.
If you send us a message via our contact page, we will respond to the email address you provide.
The statistical data that is automatically collected when you visit our site is used to analyse what you’re reading and purchasing so that we can provide relevant content, to improve our website, and of course, to see how many people are visiting and where in the world they are.
Collecting non-personal data
Like most websites, we collect non personally-identifying information when you visit our website.
We use Jetpack also to collect statistical information and Akismet, an anti-spam service to prevent spam. We access these tools via WordPress.com which is operated by Automattic. You can read full details of Jetpack’s privacy policy here.
We use Google Analytics to collect information from users such as age, gender, which country they live in, how often they visit our website, what pages they visit, the time of the visit, and the website they were referred from.
Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our website, not your name or other identifying information.
Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google also uses specific identifiers to help collect information about the use of our website.

The new business would retain the right to use your PD according to the terms of this privacy notice as well as any changes to this privacy notice as instituted by the new business.
We also retain the right to transfer your PD if our company files for bankruptcy and some or all of our assets are sold to another individual or business.
Retaining and erasing your Personal data
You have the right to erasure, i.e., the right to be forgotten, at any time. If you would like your personal data to be erased, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. However, We may keep your PD as long as is needed to enforce agreements and to comply with any legal obligations.
Your information may be retained in electronic form, paper form, or a combination of both. When your information is no longer needed, we will destroy, delete, or erase it.
Do not track settings
