What are my payment options?
Currently Creative Glass Gifts uses PayPal for all online purchases. With PayPal you can make purchases using major credit cards, debit cards and direct deposit from your bank account. Are online transactions secure?

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, once you have placed your order via the checkout page an email will be sent to your inbox confirming your purchase. Please review your order details carefully and contact customer service immediately if you wish to make any changes. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email letting you know as well as an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

What can I do if my gift is damaged or defective when it arrives?
We are very proud of the quality of our products, However, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, with your name, order number and the product item within seven days of receipt of the item to email@example.com.. We will then contact you to discuss an appropriate solution for you.
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. to initiate a claim.
